TERMS OF OPERATION OF THE PARTNER NETWORK

TERMS OF OPERATION OF THE PARTNER NETWORK

The partner network terms define how UBC attracts a client order, which professional or regional part is taken by the independent partner and how the parties agree the joint commercial result. Before a specific assignment begins, the roles, deadlines, documents, payment and income distribution are defined according to the parties' actual participation.

The partner retains independent professional status and receives an opportunity to work with new network clients.

Roles of UBC, the partner and the client

UBC receives the enquiry, clarifies the business objective and helps formulate the task. An independent partner with confirmed specialisation assesses the possibility of performance and is responsible for the professional part within the agreed assignment. The client provides source information, makes decisions and confirms the result in the defined form.

For individual projects, UBC may coordinate several providers. In that case, the tasks of the lawyer, accountant, auditor, notary, valuer or other specialist are separated in advance. Each participant receives only the documents and authority required for their part of the work.

The partner model works in both directions: UBC may transfer a new client or the regional part of an order to a partner, while the partner may engage the UBC centre or another participant for a related matter concerning their own client. The commercial result is divided according to the roles and actual work of the parties in the specific project.

Before documents are transferred, the subject, territory, agreed dates, price, official payment and form of the result are stated. If the work consists of stages, separate acceptance is defined for each part. A change in scope is also agreed separately so that new circumstances are not mixed with the original assignment.

Payment terms depend on the chosen contractual arrangement and UBC's role in the project. The client understands in advance who issues the invoice, who performs the work and whom to contact with organisational or professional questions. This procedure preserves transparency of the partner model and helps the manager control the budget.

Materials are transferred through an agreed channel after the recipient and access scope are analysed. One version of the task is used in working correspondence, and the client's decisions are recorded in writing. If an original, travel or access to an electronic account is required, the parties separately define the procedure for receipt and return.

The task ends with delivery of the document, report, confirmation of an action or other result stated in the terms. The client receives information about completed stages and the next agreed dates. For regular support, the parties may agree an ongoing scope, responsible persons and periodic reporting.

To agree cooperation, a description of the specific client order, the parties' roles and the desired result is sufficient. UBC clarifies the documents, deadlines, commercial terms and final scope of work before transferring the assignment to the partner:

  • description of the business task and expected result
  • information about the company and responsible representatives
  • source documents for assessing the scope
  • region, desired deadline and participation format
  • information for conflict-of-interest analysis

Commercial terms for joint work

First, UBC's role, the independent partner's role and the subject of the client order are defined. The specialisation, region, deadlines, documents and result of the specific professional part are then clarified. The provider's status, availability and any possible conflict of interest are taken into account before the start. Each party receives agreed terms and understands their part of the joint work.

  1. A description of the client order and the partner's role is used for agreement.
  2. The parties determine the specialisation, region and format of participation in the order.
  3. Professional status, experience and any possible conflict of interest are taken into account before an assignment is accepted.
  4. The parties agree the scope, deadlines, price and form of the professional result.
  5. Interaction between the parties and transfer of documents for the specific assignment are organised.

The professional or regional part is performed by an independent partner with the relevant specialisation. UBC receives and clarifies the client's request and may coordinate related participants. The contractual arrangement, price, authority, professional responsibility and commercial participation of each party are defined before a specific order begins.

The terms depend on the subject of the order, number of documents, deadline, region and number of participants. One document or local action can be agreed for a separate issue. For a joint project, the professional parts, costs and result delivered by each participant are defined in advance.

After the order is agreed, the partner receives a clear proposal concerning their participation. Professional remuneration, official costs, travel, notarial actions, translation, expert examination and work by an additional specialist are defined separately. Income distribution among participants is established for the specific project according to their actual work, without a universal fixed share.

Before work begins, the parties agree a written assignment so that the partner and client understand the result in the same way. It states the subject, participants, source documents, deadlines and format for transferring materials. If the partner needs access to an account, database or confidential information, the authority, access period and procedure for terminating access after completion of the work are defined separately.

During acceptance, the delivered result of the specific professional part is assessed: a document, report, registered action, calculation, position or confirmation of a completed operation. Changes are linked to the agreed assignment. The professional conclusion remains the partner's responsibility, while UBC provides the agreed organisational part if it is included in the project.

After completion, each participant delivers the result of their work in the agreed format. If an accountant, notary, valuer, advocate or specialist from another region is required, that part is defined separately. This allows the partner not to refuse a client because a related specialisation is unavailable, but instead to connect the common network structure.

The partner receives new client orders, agreed commercial terms and the opportunity to work within their specialisation. UBC receives a professional provider for the part where their competence or local presence is required. This format is suitable for one-off regional assignments and complex joint projects.

After the first successful order, the parties may continue working with the same client or transfer new relevant enquiries to each other. If the partner brought the client but support from the centre or another region is required, the network works in the opposite direction. As a result, cooperation is built around real orders and mutual income rather than formal membership.

Joint orders across regions and service areas

Before a client is transferred, the subject of the task, expected result, price, deadlines and persons responsible for communication are defined. The procedure for working with documents, confidential information and scope changes is agreed separately. The client understands which part of the project is coordinated by UBC and which part is performed by the confirmed independent partner with the relevant specialisation.

The terms are confirmed for each assignment because the scope of work depends on the documents and required result. During the project, participants use one communication channel and record the decisions made. This organisation supports the quality of the partner service and allows the owner to receive legal, audit, notarial or other professional assistance as a manageable part of a business project.

A partner's professional service can be organised through UBC with a clear task, deadlines and result. A specialist will explain the terms in detail, select confirmed specialisation and coordinate interaction between participants. We will be pleased to answer additional questions and help you implement a business project with reliable professional support. We wish you success in business!
