PARTNER VERIFICATION AND QUALITY STANDARDS

PARTNER VERIFICATION AND QUALITY STANDARDS

A common work standard helps a UBC partner receive repeat orders and recommendations from network clients. Before an assignment begins, the parties agree the specific result, deadline, price and provider responsibility, and after completion the client receives a document or professional action in a clear format.

For the partner, this means trust in their work, an opportunity to receive new enquiries in their field and the ability to work within the common network without losing professional independence.

Standards that help generate repeat orders

For professions where the law requires special status, the relevant information is confirmed: an advocate, notary, auditor, valuer or other specialist must have the right to perform the specific work assigned to them. A register entry confirms status, while experience in a specific subject is assessed separately by the client.

For an accountant, tax consultant, HR specialist or other provider, education, previous work, specialisation and the ability to prepare the result in the required format are important. If the assignment concerns a particular industry or a complex transaction, UBC recommends a partner with relevant experience and takes into account the place where the assignment must be performed.

Before materials are transferred, the client receives the provider's details and may ask about their experience. If the specialist is busy or has a conflict of interest, the client is offered another partner who can accept the assignment within the required time. For the client, obtaining a strong provider is more important than keeping the same contact under all circumstances.

A UBC partner is engaged for a specific client assignment, so professional status by itself is only the first condition. A court case requires an advocate with experience in the relevant disputes, a valuation requires a valuer with the necessary specialisation, and a customs issue requires a specialist who works with the relevant goods. The client receives a provider with experience in the particular matter required.

For the partner, the standard has a commercial result: a clearly completed assignment increases client trust and creates a basis for repeat enquiries through the UBC network. Confirmed quality of work helps the same partner receive subsequent orders in their field.

What the partner agrees with the client before work begins

The client and provider define the subject of the work, deadline, price and the document or other professional action that must be delivered. For a court case, this may be representation and procedural documents; for a valuation, a report; for accounting, accounting records and reporting; and for a contract, an agreed text and explanation of the terms to the owner.

Confidential documents are transferred only to people who need them for the assignment. The partner must follow the professional rules of their activity and the arrangements with the client. If several specialists participate in the work, each is responsible for their part and the client knows whom to ask questions.

The price may be fixed for a separate task, hourly or recurring for ongoing support. Official payments, notarial costs, translation, expert examination or travel are agreed separately if required. The client receives the terms before work starts and can choose a scope that matches the value of the matter.

The price of a partner service is agreed before work begins. If the scope can be defined immediately, the client receives a fixed price. For a longer matter, the parties may agree payment for a separate part of the work, a month or the work actually performed. The owner needs to see what they are paying for and which document, decision or other result they must receive.

Quality of the result and new enquiries through the UBC network

The work is considered completed according to what was agreed: the document has been prepared, the report delivered, the action completed, representation carried out or another professional service provided. The client analyses the content and may ask the provider questions before the assignment is closed. For complex work, the parties may agree interim documents in advance.

If the client is dissatisfied with quality or timing, they may contact UBC through a separate channel for quality control of partner services. This makes it possible to separate the professional responsibility of the independent provider from coordination of the partner network and examine the specific issue raised by the client.

UBC develops the network so that a business owner can find the required specialist in Ukraine without a random search. The client receives confirmed information about the partner, agreed working terms and a specific result, and for a repeat assignment can engage the same specialist again or choose another one for a new subject.

The partner works with the client's materials within the agreed assignment. Documents are transferred to the specialist who needs them for the work. If several specialists participate in the matter, the client knows who is responsible for each part. This procedure keeps the assignment manageable and allows the owner to receive an answer on the matter quickly.

If an assignment has a deadline set by law or contract, the client states it before the work is agreed. The partner accepts the assignment only when it can be completed within the specified time. For the owner, this is important in a court case, registration action, tax response or transaction with a fixed signing date.

After completion, the client receives a document or another agreed result and may ask questions about the work performed. If the assignment continues, the next part is agreed separately by subject and price. This procedure gives the owner control over costs and makes it possible to use the partner network for different matters without a permanent subscription commitment.

If the client assigns the partner work involving money, original documents or property, the transfer procedure is agreed separately. The owner must know exactly who received the document or funds, on what basis and when they will be returned or used under the assignment. For large amounts or important originals, written confirmation of transfer is appropriate.
