ACCOUNTING FORMS AND REPORTING FORMS IN UKRAINE FROM UKRBUSINESSCONSULT
selection of accounting form materials: items 1–50
This page preserves the first part of the historical catalogue of Ukrainian accounting, tax, statistical and HR forms. The names have been linguistically corrected, but the ZIP file addresses remain unchanged.
A significant number of the forms relate to reporting from the early 2000s and cannot be used for current filing without verification.
How to use the catalogue
An earlier file can be useful for restoring documents for a past period, a court or tax review, an audit or research into accounting history. Before completing it, the approving order, version, reporting period and receiving authority must be established. For 2026 reporting, the official electronic format should be used.
